There are few easy steps to start using RCM:

  1. Purchase licenses for your employees.
  2. Enter company data in RCM Web-based admin panel.
  3. Install RCM client software on employee phones (currently Nokia S60 phones, E-Series phones).

RCM controls and logs all phone calls made by employees. RCM separates all employee's calls into Business and Non-Business calls.

Business calls are calls to employees, customers, business contacts and company numbers. All other calls are treated as Non-Business.

RCM allows to set limits for the both types of calls. For example, an employee can be limited to 20 minutes of Non-Business calls per day. When the limits is over, all Non-Business calls will be blocked on the employee's phone.

There is a possibility to set different limits for local and roaming calls.

Analyzing employee's calls

All made calls can be viewed and analyzed in RCM Web-based admin panel. You can see company's top callers and their top call parties. You can see call analysis charts and graphs that show you how employees use their mobile phones.

RCM allows to lock lost phones remotely. A locked phone cannot be operated and and will show a message to return it for a certain reward.

Application blocking

RCM can block certain applications on employee phones. These can be data-hungry applications, e.g. Web application can be blocked in roaming to avoid huge bills. Or Camera application can be blocked due to company's security regulations.

RCM can also block installation of any 3rd party software to employee's phones.

Contact push

RCM can push corporate phone book to employee phones. RCM will keep it up-to-date and hence simplify communication between employees.
