RCM:Business and Non-Business calls

Each outgoing or incoming call is identified by type: business or non-business.

Business calls are calls to:

• Employees
• Company customers
• Employee's business contacts
• Company numbers

All other calls are Non-Business calls.

In some instances, when the number is unknown RCM Client will prompt an employee to select whether that was a business or non-business call.

All calls statistics are stored on the RCM server.
