RCM:Calling limits

The employee's calling limits are set in employee's activities. E.g. you can define different limits for Project managers and Sales people.

The limits can be set for the following type of calls:

The example below shows how these limits are applied to each employee.

Each of the above limits consists of two parts:

  • Day limit - a guaranteed call time for each day;
  • Extra week limit - floating limit that is used, when a day limit is ended.


Example

The activity assigned to employee allows 10 minutes talk time per day and additionally a 10 minutes extra per week. The employee has exceeded his day time limit by Saturday, and an extra of 5 minutes has been used out of his week limit.

Note

Local limits are set for outgoing calls only, while roaming limits affects the both incoming and outgoing calls.
