RCM:Calling limits
From RCMWiki
The employee's calling limits are set in employee's activities. E.g. you can define different limits for Project managers and Sales people.
The limits can be set for the following type of calls:
- Business local calls
- Non-Business local calls
- Business roaming calls
- Non-Business roaming calls
The example below shows how these limits are applied to each employee.
Each of the above limits consists of two parts:
- Day limit - a guaranteed call time for each day;
- Extra week limit - floating limit that is used, when a day limit is ended.
NoteLocal limits are set for outgoing calls only, while roaming limits affects the both incoming and outgoing calls. |
