RCM:Replacing employee's SIM card

To replace a SIM card on an employee’s phone you should have the phone itself. All further steps are performed from RCM Client, and there is no need to change any settings on the RCM server.

1. Click Options on the employee’s phone.

The following menu will display:

2. Click Replace SIM card.

The following dialog will display:

3. Enter the employee’master code and click OK.

A message will display prompting you to reboot the phone:

4. Restart the phone.

When the system launches, a synchronization will automatically start. The IMSI of the new SIM card will be automatically updated in the employee’s profile on the RCM Server. If the synchronization fails, the phone will remain blocked until the next successful synchronization.
