RCM:Changing employee's calling limits
From RCMWiki
All calling limits for employees are defined through activities. There are two ways to change calling limits for an employee:
- Assigning new activity to employee
- Modifying current employee's activity
NoteAll changes will be applied to employee's phone only after synchronization that will happen according to the time interval set in the Settings. Alternatively, the sync can be done manually by an employee from his phone. |
Assigning new activity to employee
To change calling limits for a specific employee, perform the following actions:
1. Click Employees link in the navigation menu.
2. Click
button against the employee’s name.
NoteUse Filter pane to find required employees. Fill out the necessary fields to apply filtering to the list of employees: First name, Last name, Title, Department, Activity, Client version, Out of sync (Y/N). To clear the field values and apply another filter, click Clear filter. |
3. In the activity dropdown box select a new activity that you want to assign to the selected employee.
4. Click Update button when finish.
