RCM:Company customers

All common company customers need to be added to RCM. This can be done manually of via CSV file import.

Depending on visibility status, some customers may be visible only to specific employees, while others may be shared.

For example, Amanda Bracey, Aquabikes General accountant and Linda Emerson, Espressomente are using corporate accounting services. Both also have mortgage loans with the same bank. In this case they may be contacted by managers of corporate accounting department as well as by managers of mortgage services department.

Calls

Calls to company customers are treated as Business calls.

Contact push

By default all company customers contacts are pushed to all company's phones. This behavior can be changed.
