RCM:Departments

Departments mirror company's structure. Each employee belongs to one and only one department.
To better understand departments and visibility in terms of RCM, look at the picture below. Alan, John and Mary belong to different departments. Each employee always belongs to some department, and each department always has visibility attributes. These attributes define which of the other departments will be visible to the this department and which of the other departments will be able to see employees from this department.
Examples of departments:
- Development
- Marketing
- Administration
- Help desk
NoteRCM supports only one-level company structure. There are no sub-departments. |
