Each employee is assigned an activity when created. An activity sets a number of limits on talk time, use of built-in applications in local area and roaming mode. As shown below, Alan Spencer cannot use his camera in the office. Logically, you may restrict using a built-in camera for all managers and executives. This will reduce confidential information leaks in a way. However, it’s absolutely if your employees use a camera when in roaming (e.g. on vacation or on a business trip).
