All company employees need to be added to RCM. This can be done manually of via CSV file import.

Departments and Activities

Each employee needs to be assigned to some activity (e.g. Project Manager or Salesman) and some department (e.g. Development or Marketing).

Activities are used to define employee's calling limits.

Departments are used to group employees and mirror the company structure.

Employee identification

One or more of the following details must be set for each employee for identification and remote management:

  • Mobile phone number (in the international format)
  • IMEI (unique phone ID; can be obtained by typing *#06# on a phone)
  • IMSI (unique SIM card ID)

Calls

Calls to employees are treated as Business calls.

Contact push

By default all employee contacts are pushed to all company's phones. This behavior can be changed.
