RCM:Graphical call analysis

To create a report, perform the following steps:

1. Click Call Analysis in the navigation menu.

2. Select the type of report by clicking the related link. The following reports are available:

• Calls by type: Pie chart. Shows what type of calls employees do: Business or Non-Business.
• Calls by Type Monthly: Monthly bar chart. Shows monthly ratio of business and non-business calls.
• Calls by Type Daily: Daily bar chart. Shows daily ratio of business and non-business calls.
• Calls by Activity: pie chart showing activity distribution.
• Calls by Activity Monthly: bar chart showing activity distribution by months.
• Top callers: list of top callers in the company.

3. Enter the required data in the fields as shown below.

4. Press Filter button to display diagram.

Note To rebuild the graph, click Clear Filter button and enter new filter parameters.
