RCM:Importing company numbers from CSV file

Should you want to import a list of company numbers from an external source, you can do that automatically through a CSV file.
To import company numbers from CSV file:
1. Click on Company Numbers link in the navigation menu.
2. Click on 
New Number link in the action bat at the top.
3. Type in the name of company service/department (for example, "Administration") and its number.
4. Finally, press the Create button.
Example of CSV file containing company numbers (use Microsoft Excel to open):
The CSV contains the following default fields:
- Name - Help desk, Reception etc.
- Number - phone number
