RCM:RCM Client main menu

The main menu (see figure) is exactly where you start. Each of the nine icons relates refers to some specific task. Below you will find a description for each of the icons as they are shown on the screenshot below (from top left to bottom right).
Today
Time left for business and non-business calls as set by RCM administrator. The time limits shown as a bar chart (see figure). The bars are color-coded:
- green means you used less than half of the time available for the given type of calls;
- yellow means you have less than half of the time left;
- red means you’re running out of your calling limit.
Limits
Here you can see calling limits and blocked applications defined by RCM administrator (the information here is used for reference only and cannot be changed). You can switch between roaming and local limits by clicking the bar on the top of the page (see figure).
Call log
Here you can see list of recent calls including calling parties’ names and call duration.
Company
List of company numbers set by RCM administrator. These are generally reception, helpdesk or managers. The company numbers are set by the RCM administrator. These calls are treated as business calls.
Employees
Here you can see list of company employees. This address book is shared by all authorized employees as defined by the RCM administrator. However, some of the contacts may remain invisible as well as you may also stay invisible to people from other departments if this is defined by the RCM administrator.
Calls to and from employees are treated as business calls.
Customers
Customers are non-staff contacts. These may be your partners, suppliers or other people you have to communicate within the framework of your business activities.
Calls to and from Customers are treated as business calls.
Support
This menu is usually used for instant calls to your IT department or whoever in charge of the RCM administration. This is the only item in the RCM menu available when the phone is locked (see «Locking and unlocking the phone»).
Settings
Server name where RCM Server resides (if unsure, check up with your RCM administrator). Internet access point settings: user login and password for wireless connection.
Sync
Synchronization with the RCM Server (see «Synchronization»).
