RCM:Viewing employee's calls

Once the employee added is created you can go back to his profile by clicking against his name on Employees page. The employees details page provides access to basic management tasks and employee’s personal information.

To view employee calls:

1. Click Employee link in the navigation menu.

2. Click Image:ICO_employee_info.png against the employee name in the list of employees.

Note

Use Filter pane to find required employees. Fill out the necessary fields to apply filtering to the list of employees: First name, Last name, Title, Department, Activity, Client version, Out of sync (Y/N).

To clear the field values and apply another filter, click Clear filter.

3. Click Image:ICO_calls.png Calls at the top of the employee details page.

4. Fill out the necessary fields to apply filtering to the list of Employee calls. You can filter calls by:

  • Date - start and end of periiod
  • Number - phone number
  • Direction - incoming or outgoing
  • Roaming - Yes/No
  • Business - Yes/No

5. Click Filter.

Note

To clear the field values and apply another filter, click Clear filter.
