RCM:Viewing top callers

To view the list of the employees who generate most calling traffic, perform the following steps:
1. Click Call Analysis in the Navigation menu.
3. Enter the necessary data in to the following fields to filter the records for a certain period:
- From: start of the period
- Until: end of the period
- Max count: number of entries displayed on the page
- Department: name of Department to display
- Activity: name of Activity to display
- Call type: choose between "local business calls", "local non-business calls", "roaming business calls", "roaming non-business calls".
NoteTo rebuild a list of top callers, click Clear Filter button and enter new data (see step 3 above). |
4. Click Filter button to display records according to the defined parameters.
